Cerwin Vega HED 10.4

I am looking for a pair of BUDGET 10" subs for my car. The last subs I had were Kicker C-10s from about fifteen years ago. Those kicked hard, and i moved them from enclosure to enclosure and loved them. Unfortunately a stint in the attic storage cooked them good and the surrounds are dust.

The Cerwin HED 10.4s have 12mm Xmax, 89db sensitivity and 25hz free air resonance. these are the best specs ive found for a woofer in this price range. I have a $100 budget for the pair of woofs, and these are $80 a pair on ebay (plus the ride). Any feedback on this BUDGET project especially if i should consider other low-end subs. I am mostly into SQ but also want it to pound pretty good too. I will drive them in mono by my OLDSKOOL PPI 2125 (370w in mono @4ohms). I would love to be able to spend more but I just cant at the moment. THANKS IN ADVANCE!!

edit: Adding the rest of the system: front amp is Crutchfield 4x75 (made by PPI.. oldskool) and runs a/d/s/ 320is front satellites. i leave two channels unused (NO rear fillbut am considering adding some small mid-subs up front (60hz-150hz only)... that is another topic entirely however!!!
