Which Gauge size to choose for my amps? Please HELP!!

Anyone have an opinion on this wiring kit? It will probably save the guy a few bucks and is probably more than adequate.

Yea I was actually looking at the kit but who knows the quality on it... I think im gonna go with the scosche e2 kit on ebay
