lol..It was a good suggestion. Must've missed that one in my searching. And the only reason i said that is cause whenever i ask to pick one or the other everybody suggests comps that are way over my budget.

I do like the ppi's..I have heard the mb's tweet is quit bright though..But now that the other guy brought up the pg's those are a close second.

I was looking at those but i've never heard nething from them. But iirc there mid grade stuff along with some of what i listed above.

I don't think those are mid grade? I've heard those Hifonics, run the PPI 356cs right now, owned the real Quarts, owned 2 sets of RSD's, and ran the Soundstream Tarantula comps. I was not in love with the Pg, SS, or the Hifonics. I think the Cadence are the best for the price you want to spend. I'd take a chance on the ZRS. You can't always depend on this forum, only your ears. I did like my Pg Xenon comps, but they were better than the Rsd's imo. Good Luck?

The Crescendo CCX65s are in your price range. I was debating between them and the PGs, and went with the CCX65s. Got them B stock straight from Crescendo for $70 shipped. Should be here tomorrow //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

If you can wait a few weeks they have a new revised version coming out with some small fixes.

Just pointing this out, but the PG tweets are quite bright as well.

ive read good things bout the pg rsd set, but ive seen them klippel tested and i sure wouldnt buy them. granted for the $, maybe u cant expect better, maybe they are the best for that price range.

out of the ones listed, i would do ppi or soundstream. ive seen good things about ppi, but ive always wanted to try soundstream, love the spider look
