On a budget so...

I found both of these batteries at a really good price. Based on the info below which one of the two would be the best trunk battery?

I'm just now trying to learn about batteries so if someone could explain AH and HR rate that would be great. Example: is higher AH or HR rate better or worse?

i found this particular deka new for 85.50 shipped so i think i might pick one up.

Theres a 24hr3000S and a regular 24hr3000

does that make a difference?
