Which battery for every day use?

Optima Blue,Red,Yellow? I drive this car everyday to work and I am gonna be running around 1400 watts from sub amp and 300 from the 4 channel. Its a 91Nissan Sentra 2.0.I have 0 guage wire do you think i'd need an alt.
