When Deadening a Door.....

Ok. well I deadened my door to my Scion and currently have some CDTs in there on an 3/"4 MDF Bracket. One question I have is will it make a difference if I don't put my Edead Deadener on every part of the door. I did both the inner and outer panels of the door but did not do the big hole on the inner door panel. Will this affect my sound? Or is it ok since I made that MDF Baffle?
