man, i still have 9 ppi arts, us acoustics(zed), orion 2100, mtx old. can't seem to get out of the old school amps. i guess its just cause they just don't make them like they used to. i recently accquired decided to try out a mtx 1501d amp with mtx9512-44 sub, and then swapped the amp with a ppi a600.2(black art) and it sound way much better than the mtx amp.(imho)

I still run my Alpine 7914 daily and have my old 7909 still sitting in its box waiting for another worthy car to go into. Both are from '91 or so... been a while. I havent found much better over the years and definitely not a fan of my dash looking like the Las Vegas strip with all the lights and flashy crap. If I want to see that I crap look out my balcony at the strip, not blinding me from in my car

I'm currently running a Soundstream D200II circa 1991ish for my front stage. Also have the matching D100II and D60II in my closet. They all work flawlessly.
Got an original soundstream reference SS10 Sub from a 1993ish install hanging around too. It still works fine as well.

Edit: Just remembered the 2nd gen Punch 150 circa 1990 or so. Snagged it out of a car I was transporting for an auto wholesaler, in exchange for my services.
