whats the best glue to use to attach plastic pieces? I have a piece broken on my cars interior(the snap broke) looking to glue them back on, any recommendations?

There are specific glues for the different types of plastics. The right kind of glue isn't an adhesive like epoxy or CA, rather it chemically softens the plastic and the two pieces cure into a single piece. It basically welds the two pieces together.

If it's ABS plastic you can take a bunch of plastic chunks and some Acetone and make sludge which will attach them better than anything else. Besides plastic welding.
