hello i want to buy some new bass i would like to know what would give me the best bass two kicker comp 12" in a ported box or one L5 12" in a ported or sealed box Also if some knows what wold be the best amp for these the two comps come in a box with one 4 ohm connection :stuck:

I've been looking on ebay but evan on ebay $400 dosent go that far mabey someone can help I only have $400 to $450 to spend I want the best bass I can get and have a fondness for kicker subs and amps please help

Plenty to choose from and they are L7's for $100 on up.

i would do an l512 on a 2 cft ported box (its in the sub manual and on line-the plans for it) and get a decent 400-600 watt amp to push it

the reason there so cheap is because there factory renewed id say buy some new comp vrs 12 in a ported box close to about 350-400 dollars

A recone is like new. What they do is build the whole sub up from the bottom. It'll have the original motor but everything else is brand new. I'd buy a rebuilt sub over a new one anytime.

but only a 90 day warranty.... im not to sure about that. cause for that same price of that one renewed sub you can buy 2 comp vr 12 and get about or close to the same sound... and plus there new with a year warranty.
