I have a 140watt rms amp powering my CompVR in a slotported enclosure. This amp is underrated and probably puts out more along the lines of 175watts rms and over 250watts peak. It gets purty dayum loud.....enough for me anyhow. It gets loud enough to shake the car, and overpower the highend if I dont back off the bass setting. I would say anything from 200-300watts will work fine.
