whats best?

yo i got 2 12 kicker l5 and they can be set up with 4 ohm or 2 ohm, which is better (im putting them in a ported enclosure)??? also i still need an amp and since im putting them in a ported box i need a ssf, so any suggestions on an amp under 400 with a ssf that'll push these 12's????

i can havent actually bought them yet but im getting them i can choose b/w the two, but what do you think is a good ampo with a ssf?
