We make sure that ABSOLUTELY no water will get to them. Kicker does have some Marine speakers I'm sure you checked out I'm not sure about RF's. Yeah RF is the way to go then HE2's handle 500rms for a 12" and I think the Powers handle 1000rms if you have the power to run them go with Power especially if you can get a good deal for them. You might if the price is right selling the powers on
Ebay and getting more money than you spent for them and actually make a profit on them. Then you could buy a sweet amp for the HE2's or the power subs. Just an idea.
