Heh, you write funny. But IMO, you have proof of the items being given to USPS for shipment (including extras) then at that point... it has nothing to do with you.

i did not scan the recipt until now because there was never an issue to wether or not all three were shipped until today when you sent me a rude pm accussing me of lying and not sending all the things together. I didn't think there was a need to until now. If you would read the thread there is someone in the delivery business that the delivery would have to scan all three boxes in order for it to say delivered.

I am done arguing with you on this Chris. If you honestly feel you have been screwed please file a paypal claim and we can go through that channel. Please keep in mind I have proof everything. Sent you an extra box with parts, refunded you way to much money. The rest is up to you. Contact the usps and file a claim with them, it is your responsiblity, not mine.

Haha.. thats my wifes writing. she had our five month old son in her arms when writing that, so it sometimes is difficult.

Know what I think? I think one part of the shipment was received and the other part(s) will arrive in due time. This is Christmas you know. Things tend to slow down around this time.

If you all remain patient, I think this will all work out.

Doesn't make sense how it shows it was delivered, but as in Decado's position, his package was delivered but nothing to be found in the box. Different situation, but you gave him the benefit of the doubt. You sending more parts to him in replacement for others was generous, some people would have said screw you. Him wanting his money back and sending parts back to you is BS. I wouldn't do it. Been in that situation before locally. You're not Wal-Mart, best buy or some sort of chain store. You did more than enough, you sent more parts and additional $60. It's not your fault he's unhappy.
IMO: He's being the dick because you have tried acommodating him twice. Don't feel bad. As a seller I try to make the buyer happy, but I've been screwed a couple times being too nice. If they are not satisfied with the product with the said description, that is their problem. They can go find product elsewhere.

It took him three days to answer me back and then he said that he would ship the missing parts again. If this would have happen to you, you would not express the same way IYO.

Where, you have the receipt for the shipping. They charged you .75 cents for one box, if you would have done it for all three, they would have charged you $1.50 more. Which does not show in the receipt.

Yes, and you have to pay for the confirmation to get it scanned. You only paid for one, call the post office, they don't have to scan the boxes once they delivered becuase they are not confirmed.

im pretty sure the conformation goes for the entire shipment, not just one box. One of the tracking number is just a "master" number
