i hurd some Type-R 15s in a not to large ported box with a 800 watt alpine amp hooked to it and i must say jesus christ //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif im thinkin about getting another box built with 2 9500 15s just becuase every 15 ive hurd shakes the ground !!

You said you have a box for 12s and now your talking about 15s? If you want help then let us know what your going to do or at least a game plan,

yes im sorry about that well i guess ill stick with 12s but im going to get another box built that is a little bigger i want two MTX 9500 12s with a 1200.1 Kicker Amp do you think this will out rattle a truck with 2 Type r 15s in a small ported box?

and ima be getting these 9500s for around 350 a sub soo if any of them ones u know for a fact will blow the MTXs away for the same price SPL wise let me know please i wanna rattle not my mirror but mirrors in cars 100 yards from me lol

its not really sub vs sub, basically it matters on the install box specs, power, vehicle. I am sure I could make a pair of audioque hd3-15s louder then a pair of alpine type-rs no problem, but what kind of vehicle is this going in, and why are you trying to compare to someone else? Point blank man if you get any of the subs I mentioned and follow their box specs and rms you are going to be LOUD!

Well at your price range, I am going to say a pair of 15s or a single 18 with tons of power is going to shake the most stuff, any of the subs I mentioned are going to be just nuts.

17 x 35 x 27 is the biggest box i could get unless audio shops will make funny looking boxes becuase it will hit something in the front but at the back i could add 2-3 inchs in height

haha already beat ya too it but only concern is that will they put the box together in the car or will they build it inside of there shop and put it in there becuase if the box is too long i cant angle it good enough to put it in there

a pair of those 12s would slam, or 15s and all the other links I ave given you any of those are going to be stupid loud if done right, and with our combined help I am sure you can get this done and turn heads anywhere you go.

you should be able to fold the drivers seat and passenger seat the way down and slide the back seat down or take it out and slide it right into the trunk very easy task

well cavaliers have like 2 metal pecies behinde the seats that wouldnt allow the box to slide threw the back seat and if i build the box and try to put it threw the trunk im scared its going to be to long to slide threw there
