what sub would be good for this vented box?

well i got a subzero single 10" vented box from a friend and am not sure what type of 10" sub would sound good useing this box. dimensions of vented box is :

model:ELV101, width=18.75, height=13.00,top depth=15.25,primary ft.3 total=1.10, and primary tuned frequency= 34 hz. I have a rockford fosgate 500bd mono subwoofer amp that i will be useing to power sub. I was thinking of going with the mtx 10" 7500 dual 4 ohm but would want your guys opinion on other subs. Oh yea i am mainly looking for SPL.

unexpectantly i got the box free from a friend and wasnt even planning to buy subs. but now since i have a box might as well get a sub.

how about a jl 10w6v2? for a ported enclosure it recomends a .75 cu ft
