this amp is cea certified and is uderrated actual out put is around 2600 and for the price you cant beat it or check out the Hifonics HFi3000D

No one can answer that question until you provide what ohm the subs are. Dual 2's Dual 4's.

they only make them in dual 6 ohms bud

neither have i just checked out there 2011 lineup that all and i know someone who just bout three of them but there 10s and plans on wiring at 1 ohm

The 3000 will not do rated even if struck by lightning. The 2400 is decent and will do close to rated but for the price I would grab a aq2200d.
