Its a 99 Subaru Impreza, and he want something that will make rock sound good.

His budget is Under $500....

Any tips? and what seems too fit that well?

Go local or try to find website that will do free shipping... Just make sure that they ship for free to Hawaii, there's always something in the fine print.
