1500w Memphis pushing 2 L7..400x4 6 6x9's I have a yellow top & 1000w cap, I just put a brand new alt in my crown vic an the sound dampen out when the bass hits, I up grade from 1000w bd an 3 cvr's about 2 years ago an the problem just start about a year ago....do I need a new car battery cause that hasn't been change since I purchase the car in 08?

Did you just get a replacement alternator or aftermarket? Remove the cap and get a battery in the back.
