What should i do????

ok, so me and another member agreed to trade my 15" bl for his type r's, i had him ship first, and one arrived with a broken basket, im going to fedex to file a claim tomorrow, but i guess they only cover up to 100.00 in damages....

the question is.....should i ship him the sub anyway and be screwed out of the original deal.....

or should i send the type r's back and let him take care of the claim?

im out 1 sub one way, and the other way im out like 50.00 to ship them back.....

i dont want to screw him over, and i as well dont want to be screwed over.....

******* fedex bastard sons of *****es!!!!! I hate when they drop their packaging!!!!!!! I had the same thing happen to me, and we took it to fedex and made them fix it. I would let fedex know about it and they will take care of you. Worry about yourself first, and then ship his after you get your fixed sub confirmation.

thats what i would do.

i got online and started to file a report online, but i didnt finish because im sure its a waste of time, i'm just going to go up there.

but since it gave me the option to file as a reciever online, i should be able to do so in person

go up to the fedex building, knock on the door and ask them to fix it however they can. If they give you crap, which they probably will, then don't back down. Let them know that it is their problem and they need to fix it. Don't let them screw you man, they get away with screwing people every hour of every day.

its most likely fedex's fault. They drop packaging all the time.
