what should i do?

okay so i got a cingular sync, got a memory upgrade, i got lots of songs now what should i do about the headphones?

i have 2 choices

1) buy an adapter off ebay so i can put any 3.5mm headphones in it, which also means i could hook it up to bigger speakers (btw is 3.5mm standard size?)

2) buy headphones that are specific for my phone from either cingualr or ebay

would i get alot worse sound quality with the adapter?

what do u guys think?

I have the same phone as you.

Do not buy the special headphones for them. They ****ing blow!

The sound quality sucks. The earbuds are big and round instead of shaped to your ear so you have to jam them inside your ear which hurts like hell after awhile.

The only positive is they are like the old school hands free headsets with a microphone on the cord that hangs near your head. Only downside is you won't use it much because the earbuds are too **** uncomfortable.

I wish I had known that they make an adapter. I would have bought that instead.

I have that phone also and I purchased a Jabra BT8010 bluetooth headset. It has a optional second earpiece that you can hook up to the main one and its awsome. Conversations are very crisp and clear and the music is even better. I use the man one while at work so I can just chill and listen to music and when working out I just plug in the other side and have a full stereo headset. Best investment in my opinion. You get the best of both worlds. I had a Nextel I870 at first and I had a bluetooth for talking and a corded set for music. Very annoying. Google thhat jabra headset and read up on it
