What should I do?

I'm in two situations, first one is on ebay, some stupid scammer ripped me off and he wont refund my money, I took capture shots of the ebay he was selling and saved my emails, so I file a complaint on paypal and ebay. For you guys thats been ripped off before one ebay, and I was wondering if it has ever been resolved for you guys? and how long dose it take to get it resolved? oh and I hate scammers they can Die!

Another situation is that Ii got off of work at 4pm this afternoon, so theres this family dinner thing at this fancy restaurant, free dinner or whatever should I attend? cuz I have work at 3am in the morning which I should wake up at 2am so I can get ready, So should I just head off to bed? or Go? Free dinner at a nice restaurant vs getting like about 3 hours of sleep or non if I'm going to do an all nighter?

1. i bought a ti83 plus SE off a broly and he scammed me and another guy (had same auction 2x w/o any item) and the ****s at gaypal only sent me half the money

ive only been scammed once on ebay. bought a pair of oakleys and when i got them they were foakleys. but unless you paid with a credit card or he has money in his paypal account i woulnd expect to get anything back

if he cleared out his paypal account, then they cant really get anything back for you.

if your paypal is connected to your credit card, then you could probably get that fixed. if it's connected to your checking account, thatll be a lot harder.
