What Obamacare has in store for you

@madcad95 (and everyone else thats doing it) stop hiding behind the like and dislike buttons and enlighten us with your wisdom since you seem to know so much about Obamas failures and successes.

Please explain the correct way way that we as a country should be operating, how should all of these policies be implemented or not.

Im sick of everyone that is bitching and not offering up a single solution.

Shoot, I guess your right, I cant defend my stance on any of those conspiracies being as they were pulled from a billeted blog. Wait... no it wasnt! Since you know how to use Google, I suppose Ill give it a shot.

• First President to Preside Over a Cut to the Credit Rating of the United States Government

Ok we do remember why this happened? "WHY" is irrelevant. The point being it was indeed done. FACT #1. Thank you

• First President to Violate the War Powers Act

In 2011 President Obama bypassed congressional approval for going into Libya FACT #2. Thank you

• First President to Orchestrate the Sale of Murder Weapons to Mexican Drug Cartels

This has yet to be proven all that we know is that the ATF fucked up and now they (the administration) are answering for it. By the way check out Iran/Contra. Again. Irrelevant. The Iran/Contra incident has nothing to do with Mexican Drug Cartels, HOWEVER since you brought it up lets not forget Irangate did conclude with 11 convictions even though their initial reasoning for the arms trade was to save 7 American Hostages. Obama's administration will not face such charges, and doesnt even have a leg to stand on as Reagan did! FACT #3. Thank you!

• First President to issue an unlawful "recess-appointment" while the U.S. Senate remained in session (against the advice of his own Justice Department).

but while the Senate is in recess the President often acts alone by making a recess appointment. Recess appointments are authorized by Article II, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution. FACT #4. Thank you

• First President to be Held in Contempt of Court for Illegally Obstructing Oil Drilling in the Gulf of Mexico

OK this is true FACT #5. Thank you

• First President to Defy a Federal Judge's Court Order to Cease Implementing the 'Health Care Reform' Law

U.S. Appeals Court for the 11th Circuit, based in Atlanta ruled that it was unconstitutional to require all Americans to buy insurance or face a penalty FACT #6. Thank you

• First President to Chair the UN Security Council, which violates Article 1 Section 9 of the Constitution

U.S. Constitution - Article 1 Section 9 - The U.S. Constitution Online - USConstitution.net

Have you read this? Clarify more on this please? Indeed I have read it, and glad clarify. Under United Nations Charter, The functions and power of the Security Council as are follows:

* to maintain international peace and security in accordance with the principles and purposes of the United Nations;

* to investigate any dispute or situation which might lead to international friction;

* to recommend methods of adjusting such disputes or the terms of settlement;

* to formulate plans for the establishment of a system to regulate armaments;

* to determine the existence of a threat to the peace or act of aggression and to recommend what action should be taken;

* to call on Members to apply economic sanctions and other measures not involving the use of force to prevent or stop aggression;

* to take military action against an aggressor;

* to recommend the admission of new Members;

* to exercise the trusteeship functions of the United Nations in “strategic areas”;

* to recommend to the General Assembly the appointment of the Secretary-General and, together with the Assembly, to elect the Judges of the International Court of Justice.

President Obama has taken it upon himself to be placed as Head Chairman of the United Nations Security Council, which clearly undermines his responsibilities as the President of the United States and violates Article 1, Section 9 of the U.S. Constitution. FACT #7. Thank you

• First President to halt deportations of illegal aliens and grant them work permits, a form of stealth amnesty roughly equivalent to "The DREAM Act", which could not pass Congress

This was not done is secret and according to an August 18, 2011 ABC News report, "The Obama administration announced a major change in policy for thousands of illegal immigrants going through deportation proceedings. They now may be able to stay in the country. There are currently 300,000 deportation cases making their way through the federal immigration courts, but under the new policy immigrants classified as low-priority cases could be granted a stay and a chance to apply for a work permit." It was never claimed to be "secret" simply stealthy.. Sneaky. Sleezy. He found a backdoor policy loophole to "The DREAM Act" that congress refused to approve and ran with it. As for the "low-priority cases" (being immigrants with no criminal background), their history before entering America does not follow them. In fact it can not even be confirmed. Congrats, its Cuba all over again. Mass murderer from mexico flees to America illegally and stays under the radar. Obama implements new policy and this guy is now a model citizen?? WTF! Regardless, FACT #8. Thank you

I would actually prefer for you to go ahead and do all of them. This saved me alot of time using your amazing Google skills to confirm all the facts as opposed to hunting down my sources.

I cant see how this is even possible. Please explain?
how, the place i work provides my medical, vision, and dental for about 50 bucks out of pocket a month for my whole family. they would rather pay the penalty, which is cheaper than the cost of benifits. so yeah it will now cost me stupid amount for benifits. so yes a extra tax

But hey! You are entitled to a 6% payroll increase if this does happen. If you make $1000 then you are entitled to an extra 60$ a week. But it will be taxed. where I live taxes are 21.8% for a total of $46.92 (or $187.68 a month). Thats TOTALLY going to cover myself, wife and kid:crazy://content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

Also, I was going to make that point about how an employer is more willing to pay each employee 190$ a month ($2280/year.. Guaranteed your insurance policy is costing them more than this) as opposed to holding onto a million dollar insurance policy but I told myself I was done arguing on here lol.

You can find many plans for the 186 a month to suit your needs and you will control what doctors you can see. You wont be judged for preexisting medical conditions. And now your children will cared for longer under the new law. Your right it may cost his company more than that. But under new regulation you will have CHOICES that WILL be affordable to you.

I have a family of 7 and im def not worried about costs because i know it will be better than what im receiving now without so many limitations.
