What is the biggest baddest 5-6 channel on the market??

I am talking to the guy in canada on eca.... Kinda scared about the deal, I just got hosed by a hoser on ebay from Canada on two old school oz subs. Should be getting my cash back from paypal soon.... He says "I am selling it privately, not from my business. It is 100% legit, not fake. Shipping to Arizona would be $35. Please ad 3% for paypal fees if paying via paypal"

His name is Mark Bruno from KanKar Marketing

Anyone heard of that company....??? Or him....???

understood. But man I want that amp after checking out the internals / overall build quality. Has plenty of power for me and does what I want all in one chassis. Guy seems to be a marketing company for car audio, kinda like a rep.... It is scary dealing like this especially when he is in Canada.

Mark Bruno is quite reputable from everything I've heard; not the most friendly to deal with, however.

yeah he seems... not to personable... but for what I am getting an a7 for that was on display and never used I think I will live with the attitude. His emails have been prompt however and he has answered all my questions... although some answers were pretty short.

He goes by the username Freestyler, no? If so...he's had some "iffy" deals on ECA, but I think in the end he's came through every time.
Correct. Missed the Customer Service of the year award by a few votes //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Zed Audio had a mega bad-assed 6-channel design he was going to produce, but he couldn't get enough buyers in to start production;

This is a six channel amplifier.

Channels 1+2 and 3+4 are identical in their function. High and Low pass crossovers with the ability to run them as bandpass as well. Crossovers run from 46Hz to 5KHz at 24dB/octave.

They can be run flat as well.

Channels 5+6 are the same again but have an extra high pass crossover running from 10Hz to 50Hz to act as a subsonic filter. Again all at 24dB/octave.

The six RCA inputs also have switchable function. First 6 in 6 out, second all 6 channels from RCA inputs 1+2 and lastly chs 5+6 receiving a mono signal from the mix of 1+2+3+4 inputs. This allows the use of a 5+1 system with constant subwoofer fading.

Two current mode switches allow the user to select low or high current mode for channels 1-4 and 5-6 independently.

Pairs of channels are bridgable

There are two separate power supplies, one for channels 1-4 and the other for channels 5-6

Basic Specifications for channels 1-4

Continuous power into 4 ohms all four channels driven 100w x 4

Continuous power into 2 ohms all four channels driven 200w x 4

Continuous power into 8 ohms each pair of channels bridged 200w x 2

Continuous power into 4 ohms each pair of channels bridged 400w x 2

Switches in “High Current” mode

Continuous power into 2 ohms all four channels driven 100w x 4

Continuous power into 1 ohm all four channels driven 200w x 4

Continuous power into 4 ohms each pair of channels bridged 200w x 2

Continuous power into 2 ohms each pair of channels bridged 400w x 2

Basic Specifications for channels 5-6

Continuous power into 4 ohms both channels driven 200w x 2

Continuous power into 2 ohms both channels driven 400w x 2

Continuous power into 8 ohms channels bridged 400w x 1

Continuous power into 4 ohms channels bridged 800w x 1

that sounds like a sick amp... does it come with the price tag i think it does?

i kind of enjoy my jbl 6 channel

Oh yeah.....$1200 (mind you, that's direct from Zed. Imagine what MSRP from a dealer would be...probably topping $2k)

But it'll never go into production now as far as I know.
