What is the best amp to buy for this setup

My 1st post with 1st quastion.

I just boat a 98 Monte-Carlo

I have 2 kenwood 6x9

2 5.25 ultimate audio

2 1/2 tweaters ultimate audio

2 cross overs for tweaters and 5.25 woofers

I want a system that has really good highs with clearity and high base, techno like base or dvd like base.

I was thinking for now of a lightning audio 4ch 400w amp or jensen 4ch 400w amp

they are both under 150$ so...

What do you guys sugest ?

I need somthing belove 200$

tight budget.

for now one amp, but what do you guys recomand for my base latter on ?
