I would call SonicElectronix and give them a ear full. They may still come back and point out that all the pictures, the boxes, in the pictures show all the correct info. Always worth a try.

I believe they think I'm a young kid trying to get a freebie. I'm a 50 year old, working in upper management, who doesn't really have time for this. I asked them to refund $25 and all is good. Like I mentioned, a V3 is $190 and I paid $125 for the V2. If I would have known I was getting a V2, I would have paid the extra $65 for the V3. I'll see what they say tomorrow.

Disappointed to here. I, like most, rely on word of mouth, reputation is everything. One person, one bad day, can be a real downer. People don't write in to say how great someone is doing, but they often spread bad experiences to thousands. Give them a link to this forum. tell them they 'had" believers, now they have doubters.

Update!

We came to an agreement and the refunded me more than what I asked for. Apparently, there was some miscommunication. All is worked out. I will still purchase from them, but I will make sure to review all the products by checking the pictures and comparing the descriptions.

Can't believe with went with NVX when Boss is so much less expensive. They just have a bad rap cause everyone is a hater.

Damnnnn - Chrome plated push terminals, rubber surround, and polypropylene cone. Is that a double stack magnet? Does the L7000 mean it can handle 7000 watts. Two of these on a Soundstream TXP1.18000D and I would be in the mid 160's.

When I first started getting into car audio, in the mid 80's, Pyle was the bomb. It was actually pretty sad to see them quickly sink to the bottom. Back then, it was all about Pyle, Fosgate, Kicker, Cerwin Vega, and Redline. Cerwin Vega was another line that was disturbing to see go to crap. After the stroker, they just didn't have anything else.

Yeah Pyle was actually pretty good in the mid 80's. A friend of mine had 2-12's in a sealed enclosure running off a Coustic 360

Ha, back in the day, when cars had wing windows and speakers were all ROUND (or thereabout), used a couple of Pyle 8" woofers in a quasi 3-way in the doors of my Mazda Rx2. Used a Cricket 4" coaxial for the rest, pretty sweet! Now, Pyle, well, the name says it all.

So, I am also into DJ'ing. It's so weird to see Crown car audio is garbage, but their pro-audio line is top notch. The best they came out with, for car audio, is collaborating with JBL. I remember opening up one of their amps, way back in the 80's and finding a small brick in it to give it weight.

Hmmm, the Crown/JBL line was very very good quality. I actually have one of the Crown/JBL 500.1 and a JBL 75x4 which is a fantastic sounding amplifier, very clean, lots of power, great tuning for its day.

Still have this Grand Touring (class A/B), 4x75. in an 8.5 out of 10 condition. Anyone interested, $175, shipped!

I always wanted to have some for my own vehicles, but they are just so huge. I would have to designate such a large area for them. They are great amps that will last you for quite a long time. I have a Crown amp, for my DJ speakers that I have had since 1990. It finally went out on me last year. It was a highly abused amp.
