Which amp would be best for my single JL 10W7in the red eye box??

There are a lot of amplifiers in the 3-$400 range, i usually advise based on personal experience rather the audio boner of the day. I'd say the DS18's Korean lines came online quite expensive, but now that they are changing some of their lines, they are definitely priced accordingly. Only the EXL and the KO lines, i've not used any of their other amplifiers, so I don't have an opinion on them.

The more expensive line is built by S&I factory and the cheaper Korean offering is built by Seongsin factory. The S&I version is definitely built better.

The issue of using a single W7 is if the amp is 1 Ohm stable, it will have to be a 2000 w RMS for it to give you the 750w at 3 Ohms. Although it will sound nicer at that resistance.

Personally, of those two, the full Korean Hooligan be my choice. Extra power, built like a tank.

this guy looks more reputable than the other guy and he indicates that the bass knob is included. At $399, this is the way to go. $70 for piece of mind and the Bass knob, I think so but it's your money!

I currently run an H-KO3. Focal FDP-4.600, HELIX B FOUR (replaced my AC 2.300, ran out of channels on the DM810 DSP unit or i'd used the Helix and the AC) , had daul FPS 2.300's just to big!

So I don't know what i'm doing but I really like the used H-KO but when i look at the specs it looks like it could overpower the sub if I'm supposed to be running it at the recommended 750RMS... please advise
