I'd go with 1/0 gauge.

for amp you could get by with a 4ga but i would rather do 1/0 so you could upgrade later on

4 awg for Amp pos and neg.

8-12 awg for speaker

i wouldnt use 8 ga on that sub i use 8 on my MT its not worth the hassle on the L7
