I personally find playing test tones my amp clips sooner at lower frequencies but interesting thread.

im pretty sure the lower, the more power it pulls. Thats always when my lights seemed to dim the most.

You should refine the post to power, not just voltage.

The lower the frequency, the harder of an initial torque curve is needed = more power needed.

so it requires more power to push the coil more basically? you would think it would be the opposite cause the higher frequency needs to move the woofer faster lol

Higher frequency means the signal just switches back and forth more often, which usually requires less total power use throughout the entirety of the sinusoidal curve. Enclosure and environment have say on this too though. Burps are different because a system uses the least power at resonance however.

Increase the amplitude (lower frequency... sorta, I can explain further if you'd like) you will use more total power.
