Yeah Great Stuff Expanding Foam is good, they sell it pretty much anywhere

Dont get the gaps and crack kind because it can and will bow out your exterior panels. There's one in a blue can that cures softer and expands less. I think its about $5-6 a can last time I bought it

You just need to use less, it's called EXPANDING foam for a reason //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

I used it in the past and never had any problems.
