What do you think I could hit (dB) in a competition with this setup?

lmao, everyone askin what they will hit.

its all about the install, n calculation etc...

i went up agianst a guy with 8 12's..everyone sayin he was gonna get a easy 160,LMAO. he got 144.1 while i got a 144.4. wow was he pised. he had over 10 amps. 6 rolls of dynamat, etc.. he said over 20 g's. while i rolled in there wit 4 12's. 1 amp. in a box i made the night befor n beat him. not bragin or n e thing, even kno i am very happy about it. just sayin its all in the install

2 12's wit 2000watts in a improper box...wont beat 1 12 wit 1000watts in a proper box.

also no one can really say what ur gonna hit. i mean we dont kno what kinda car, what kinda box setup, etc... all those factors come into play.

and also by going by the new TL is not always the thing to do. i mean there are tons of diff mics aroun in all diff comps. so u never kno which one hes gonna get.

everything matters when you go through the lanes.... car, amplifier power, box design, size of power wire, placement of mic, windows/doors being opened/closed. alot of variables have to be factored in, and nobody can tell you what you are going to hit. its something you have to do "hands on" to get an answer.

we can generalize, but nothing more, nothing less.

i dont know if it was the way of install but on my last system it was louder windows down than with windows up, i always thought it would be opposite (stuffed in trunk)

very tru tho. if u put the windows down or open the doors, ull gain about a db. and also depending on how the system is setup, youll gain a db if its near the kickerpanel instead of the dash.

i really dont kno y, i would think it would be oposite aswell but, idk. someone like to explain. lol. cause id like to kno y when u open ur doors u gain bout a db.

Use it for 1 hr is 15 bux.

After that, an hourly rate applies....
