I got a toyota tazz with a single 12 cvr in a slot ported box with a crunch blx1000d amp....I wana **** off my noisy neighbours...will one 1000rms 15inch sub in a sealed box do the trick? Or 2 8inch subs?...I dnt want 12"s because its too common....my cvr plays ok but only at high freq...I wana vibrate the shiit outa their homes n cars

I'm taking a shot in the dark on the room you have, but 1 15 ported if you can fit it would be good, if not 2 10's ported in a large box tuned low as you don't want 2 12's. You could try a 15 in a 4th order if you have the room. Basically you need to destroy everything between 45 and 30 if you want a good groundpounder.

Lol I'm willing to sacrifice all the boot space...and here where I live, there are dd, kicker, mtx, hertz, DLS, cadence, audio stream and mbquart dealers....but we have our own brands here too, starsound, targa, and ice power to name a few...lol and believe or not, the dd's here aren't that expensive according to me...only their amps are expensive! Kicker amps are expensive too

Btw if I tune a box to 30hz, will it drastically affect the bass output at 45hz?

drive around honking your horn non stop at all hours of the night, that should **** them off.

If that doesn't work then fill your gas tank and set your car on fire, that should do it....

Lol, 2-3 cubes miiiight be enough for a nice ported box for a single 12. Good luck fitting a ported 15 in 2-3 cubes. Pick up a big ol' 12 and build yourself/buy a custom ported box. If you wanna be really loud you gotta go ported.

Plenty of subs that will get loud sealed .. Way louder then your xfl in 6 cubes lmao .. You should learn what your talking about before you start giving advice and calling people out

I understand I'm not a professional but I do know what I'm talking about. I'd love to hear a single 12 or 15 on comparable power in a sealed box that's louder than my setup. He will need a ported box to accomplish his goals, which is get as loud as possible.

Your runnin a single xfl that's not asking much ... If you think its hard to get loud sealed then you need to read up ..and I'm not telling him to go sealed just calling out the bs in your post is all ..
