What DB Setting

My Sub amp Combo RMS is 500 So on my head unit for continuous play 1 hour max what should i set the sub at 0 +2 +4 +6 Dbs or what?

whatever sounds the best to YOUR ears.. do yourself a favor, set the amplifier(s) gain(s) with all of your EQ and all that other happy horsefeathers tuned completely flat on the H/U.. then you shouldnt event need to add the DB's on the H/U
