my dad has this sinus irrigation machine that works wonders.....pumps saline h20 into one nostril and comes out the other. Great for Sinus infections and chronic nose bleeds

Eat something hot like a chile or hot sauce..or you can clear ur sinuses and have fun at the same time by doin some coke...or..this shit usually does the trick for me.

night time afrin is the best cuz it doesnt burn ur ****in nose hairs off when u spray it.

Decongestiants normally have ephedrine in them. That is probably why.
