What clears you guys sinuses?

I dont know if anyone else here has it but i have severe sinus problems, ive always had them, hereditary i think. Anyway im wondering, is there any medicine that actually helps with sinus problems? if you can get a good shotta afrin in there, do that. other then that try stickin your head in the shower n breathe the **** outa the steam. OOO and SALSA hella helps me dude. idk and a good way to get a jump on your frikn good breathy stuff is always pick the goobs out ur nose in the morn in the shower, i g to bed ok, then wake up half dead barely breathing due to smoking lots of weed and a deviated septum, my nose is a bit crooked and one of my nostrils is gay and small so anyway, ive been fukd in the breathing section my whole life.

Have you ever tried one of those sinus rinse things? I picked one up at walgreens a while back and it's basically a bottle that you fill with water and some sorta saline solution, then place in nostril, and squeeze. Runs a jet of water through one nostril out the other. Runoff can go into your throat and it's pretty nasty since it's warm and full of snot, but it works pretty **** good...
