I picked one up at walgreens a while back and it's basically a bottle that you fill with water and some sorta saline solution, then place in nostril, and squeeze. Runs a jet of water through one nostril out the other. Runoff can go into your throat and it's pretty nasty since it's warm and full of snot, but it works pretty **** good...I use it when I'm sick and have sinus pressure buildup. Does the trick for me...
