Is there a better amp than the AQ750 in the same power & price range? I've looked around and nothing has really popped out.

fuuuuuck, I have a rockford Punch series amp right now, and I really don't like how hot it gets, so I'm looking for something a bit more efficient. If I can't find anything else I'm just gonna go with the AQ750, I was just interested in seeing if there were other options.

sure theres other options but really it gets hot? like i said mine only said 2 ohm stable but i ran it @1 for sometimes an hour before i shut it off and it stayed cool enough sure it got warm bit not hot and how did u set your gains? What amp

I set my gain by ear, conservatively. It's a P300.1 running at 2ohm. I know rockford amps have a reputation of getting hot. I just want something more efficient because if the amp is getting that hot i know it's not being very efficient.

I have one HPO10 at the moment, but I'm picking up another soon, hence the search for a larger amp.
