What Amp Should I Get ??

Right now i got 1 15'' TC Sounds Uberwoofer, and i was wondering if i could get help picking an amp to run it

later on i plan on getting two 15'' Alpine Type R subs... and i would like to use the same amp

are you sure you have an uberwoofer? or is it just a 3HP 15?

no i know its an uberwoofer

my budget is under 1000 bucks... i was thinking of getting two phoenix gold xenon amps.. 1200w mono... then i can run one amp per voice coil on my uber and then when i get two type Rs it should be enough to pound them

is that wise to get two type Rs over an uberwoofer?

i'm sure the tcab guys have done tests on the uberwoofer and type r, and the uberwoofer had it's *** handed to it by the type r. what is the impedence of the uberwoofer? i wouldn't recommend 2 amps on 1 sub.

Im using the ubder is d2 and the r's are d4 so you need a 1ohm stable amp, so i would go with an orion 2500d o ra soundstream pca 2000d, or PA 3000db, or crossfire 2000

it's so hard to get them exactly the same. why not just get an orion 2500D?

lol guys i am just going from what i have heard... i would get an orion 2500... i was checking them out.. but i dont got that kinda money.. thats alot of cash.. i am looking at around... 1500bucks for that shit.. when i think that PG 1200w amp is only something like 4... and i could get two of them... and i will just run this TC off two amps until i get my new subs... i think that i might get two Premier 3000 12''...what do you guys think of this

you can get a brand new orion 2500D for $550 from an authorized dealer. i cannot believe you are comparing pioneer subs to an uberwoofer.

i live in canada.... and the only dealers that i go through are usually international stereo or something like that... i take it that Uberwoofer is really good... if it could take out two 3000w pioneers
