Get the 12W3s with dual 2 ohm VCs. Wire all down to one ohm and run a 1000/1. this will give you 250 watts rms each which is optimum for the W3.

it dosen't matter what you wire them at with the JL, as long as its 4ohms or under

memphis i'd think, what are the prices on these? think about a directed?

If JL wasn't on the list I'd go with the Memphis. Memphis has a reputation for good quality products and although RF does too, there are better products that are not as rediculously overpriced.
