What 2 15s should I get?

I can totally buy two HDC3s but I can't sell the amp. That's out of the question. I can get a new amp with around a grand as budget in a few months.
I would say its definitely worth the wait. In the mean time get your box made very nicely. Take your time. Get your cables down perfectly. Do some sound deadening. And before you know it your amps show up at your doorstep

Just build a bigger enclosure to compensate for the lower power. They really arent known to be efficient, but they should at least move a little on 500w or so

Sq subs tend to like enclosures on large side, especially on low power input.

If this build is going to be in your current car for a while, maybe consider DC. They dont need huge boxes. The lvl 3 is a 3" coil. You could still do 4 lvl 3 15s on 5k or whatever down the line

DC's are a little out of my price range right now. I know I can get the soundqubeds for in my price range in the black Friday sale. I just did the math, my trunk has 14.6 cubes of useable box space so I think I can fit a 7.5ish cube box in. Especially if I port externally, possibly through my ski pass

A ski pass will not provide enough port area bud. You arent doing a 4th order blow through so porting through the ski pass is not a good idea phase cancelation wise it'll most likely not get loud at all, not unless its a 4th order design and you fully seal up the trunk preventing any bass from coming back into the trunk. You most likely have A lot less space than you think you have. Mainly from trunk openings etc.. getting the box inside the trunk is a whole different ordeal. 7.5 cubes is not enough since proper slot/square port area and length for tuning along with a double baffle will bring it down to 5.8 ish cubes NET along with displacement so you are looking at 5.4 cubes. Two 15s is a no go if you want a proper sized enclosure. Either a single 15 or two 12s for trunks.

There's a lot of newbies that think they can fit a lot of cone area but end up getting horrible results due to overestimating airspace, just watch out for that, its happened on this forum more often then not.

what car is this?

Ok let's think this thru a bit more.

Max dimensions to work with. Budget we got which is 500 bucks. Looking for loudest bass possible, don't care about sq. Amp for power is the HiFonics 2400.
