What 12" Sub

I will have an amp giving 240W at 4ohms. My question is what subwoofer would work well in the 50-65$ range. I aint looking for anything to show off with just something so i can get some bass.

what amp do u have, you could get 500 watts or so out of the amp if its 2 ohm stable. your not gonna get anything good for 65 bux. maybe a punchz, mtx 4000, or something along that line

its hard to buy a good sub for that price range really

is that all the money u have

if so i can name off some subs but cant tell u how they sound lol

50~$65 range? erm, made in china subs? MIK brands are cheap, great chrome-looking baskets.. xmax of maybe 4 before it gives way to distortion... but cheap...

what I'm trying to say is, if you want to buy a sub, why not wait just a bit longer and save a bit more money and spend maybe $125 for a sub? At that price, you can get a lot of subs that people compliment all the time in the forum.. shiva, ED K's...

What about if i said 80 dollar range would there be any other subs you guys would recommend.

Are autobahns, pioneers, profile any good.

Since the kicker you recommended was 150W RMS and i would be feeding i around 240W would it die or would it just pound like crazy.

yea u could get the pioneer premier subs or just the regular pioneers. for 12's the premiers r 89 a piece with 400 rms and the regular are 59 bucks with 400 rms or 350 can't remember.
