What 10" sub can compare to a 10" Solo X

kicker is ported and I already have a ported box for 1 10". I don't like huge boxes but I like them ported and I need the trunk space and want to be able to take the sub box out of the car by myself if I need to.

get a single 12" Fi BL in a 2 cubic ft box ported to ~32hz and be done with it. you'll be happy and your friend will cry about it being a 12.

10" won't get me there? Same exact setups 10 vs 12 noticeable difference? I could go up to a single 12 I guess if I needed to

Audioque HDC3 10" it's slightly above 200 dollars, but you'll be tickling the sub with anything less than 1500w, most people run them off of 2200-2500 watts daily and they take it like a champ

Ya 1db, that's what I thought. I already have a nice ported 10" box my friend who works at a shop designed on winisd. Forget the exact specs but its 13"x20"x22" port is 2" wide 11" tall and I think 25" or 26" long, forget off the top of my head

Car is a 2 door hatchback so not hard to get loud in at all

13x20x22??? What is what rofl...Width, height, depth?? What is 25" or 26" long? If my calculations are somewhat close it's 1.9ft^3 tuned to 39hz which is a bit high.

Make a custom box to fit the sub..The enclosure definitely matters.

Save up some money and get a real sub like the Sundown Audio Z v. 2 10" it will laugh @ 1k rms but sound good. Never any reason to impulsively buy cheap garbage and regret the purchase when if you'de just saved for another month you'de have something actually worth a ****.
