What 1/0 Solder Terminals do you recommend

Looking to get some Terminals for the Big 3 upgrade, but not sure what the best ones to get are.

I saw these: Amazon.com: Pico 4439C 1/0 AWG Battery Cable 3/8" Tubular Lug Ring / Eye Terminals 15 Per Package: Automotive

and thought they look pretty good but wanted to see what others recommend

I'm going to solder them, don't want crimp ones for this.

Are you experienced with soldering heavy cable ? If not grab a hydraulic crimper even the harbor freight one work great. I used to solder them all but went to using crimpers because there faster and less chance of bad solder conections. your going to need MAP gas torch like this Bernzomatic TS4000KC Trigger Start Torch Kit-336634 - The Home Depot to get them hot enough for a good solder joint.

Copper is the way to go IMO.Those look like they will be just fine.I just use the concrete floor, a good small sledge hammer and a good hollow punch with 3-4 punches on ea side and heat shrink it. I've never had a connection come loose.

Thanks guys, a co worker used compete in audio competitions and said he recommended soldering and said he would do it for me, just need to order the stuff for him. Ill do some more digging around.

is 3/8" the standard size?

Tinned copper is what you want for under the hood. It wont corrod like bare copper

No problem and good luck with your soldering ! did you get some 3/4 heat shrink tubing to cover them whey your done ? looks nice and seals it up so no corrosion can start. If your only talking one or two lugs soldering is not to bad provided you have the right torch but you dont really gain anything over crimping and its way faster and easier. But to each his own. I just got alot lugs on mine so gave up soldering long ago.

Harbor freight has a 4pk 4awg copper lugs for $1.50, just thought I'd add that in there.
