weird problem please help!!!

alright so this problem started about a week ago while i was listening to my system at full volume i started to hear this static noise and my mids and highs get muffled and staticky but my subs sound fine. I've noticed that it only does the static noise when the bass notes hit. I currently have 2 sundown e12s on a hifonics brx 1100.1 and a ct sounds 125.4 on a sundown sa 6.5 component set on channel 2 and a cresendo 6.5 component set on channel 1, and 2 cresendo pwx 8s on channel 3 and 4. so far ive switched hu's i had a jvc hu now i have a alpine hd148bt i made a new ground for the head unit and redid all the grounds in my car it helped my volts but not the problem i switched rcas and channels also tested all speakers they all are getting the same messed up signal i even switched amps with my brothers that also has a ct sounds 125.4 i also checked all powers they were all around 14.5v's and all grounds where 0v's. i have literally ran out of things to check please let me know if you know what could be causing this frustrating problem!
