Weird Problem HELP!!!

My Pants
A buddy of mine went over a very large bump the other day and his stereo cut out. It came back on later and now all off the speakers sound terrible. The positive battery terminal vibrated itself loose and it lost the positive connection. The protect light is on but sound still comes out of the speakers. The other amp in the sysem is run off of the same positive battery terminal and is experiencing no problems and the protect light is not on. Any ideas???
