weird noise\popping issue.....(searched)

Wassup all, having a strange issue that I have never had\seen before. Recently I installed a "fun" system in my ***** and all of sudden im gettin some crazy noise\popping. If I only hook up the rca's to either the sub amps or the mids\hi amp everything plays fine, meaning if only the sub outs are connected to the sub amps the subs will play and vice versa if the front\rear outs are hooked to the mids\hi amp they will play, but as soon as I connect both the sub and mids rca's I get a whining noise and some popping which makes the subs go crazy, its like interference. I have tested all grounds with an ohm meter and its perfect(.02ohm) power at all amps is 14.5v, happens with the car running or not. also tried running new rca's to sub amps away from other rca's, still does it. It fried the sub out channel on my last radio and does it on any other head unit I put in. The setup is as follows and I appreciate any info anyone can give...thanks

Do you have a cap in that system? I had the same problem and it was coming from one of the amps being grounded to the cap instead of the chassis. May not make sense but moving the wire fixed my prob.

No I dont have a cap in there and everything is grounded via a distro block. thanks for the response though
