Weird Amp, Need Help PLease!!

ok, i just picked up an amp for forty bucks, Its a mmats d200hc. I have searched the internet and all the ones i have found have been black. This amp is white. anyway, is it the same amp w/ different colors? Also, i have heard the rms is anywhere from 200- 1800. I am running it at 2 ohms to a 12inch L5. How much power do you think im sending the sub? also, is there a huge difference between 2 ohms and 1 ohm? i heard this amp doesnt shine until 1 ohm, please help, as i cant even find a mmats homepage. Thanks a lot

there is a big difference between 1 ohm and 2 ohms before you run it a 1 ohm i would definatly find a manual

From what I've gleaned from Google, it's rated for 1.2kW at 1 ohm...but is pretty underrated, actual output is probably closer to 1.5kW.

yea thats what i noticed also, i emailed some guy at mmats, hopefully he replies. Anyway, how much of a power difference you guys think there is from 2 to 1 ohm?? Curious because now im running one 12 L5 at 2 ohm, and i wanna know how much im sending it. Also, would any of you trade this amp for a jbl bp1200?? my friend wants to trade.....
