If you know anything about fitness, you would know that different people respond to different things. He doesn't need your workout program. There are plenty of threads on here and bb.com that he can read from. So typing out that long essay was quite moronic. Furthermore, bragging about b/s on the internet doesn't mean a **** thing.

same can be said for anything, really. v-ups, sit-ups, etc.: don't finish the movement in a resting position (legs on the floor, sitting all the way up). force yourself to hold the position right before it (2 inches away or something). it hurts more, but ****. it works.

was just giving som ehelping info phat, if you wanna be a D*** go ahead. No need to pay attention to you. And as icetee said, if your not gonna help, leave.... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Icetee, just hit up bb.com. Too many people in here with very little lifting experience that think they know it all. Not that bb.com doesn't have the same, but at least there a quite a few knowledgable members over there.

then you got some strange muscle build duke
This is what works best for me though. It seems that if I straighten all the way out, its like a short rest and gives time to recoup. If I don't go all the way to the straightened position, it keeps the muscle tight 100% of the set which gives ME a better workout.

at that build icetee, i would focus on a lot of cardio and stick with your 12-15 reps pattern. Once you get down closer to a desired weight its up to you on what you want to do. If your looking to get built and stay a good size, i would lift high weight low reps onceyou get close to your desired weight, while maintaining ahard cardio wodkout, then once you get to a desired size, just start toning up.

Icetee and I are cool. I wasn't the moron that typed an entire essay, when it could have been stated in a paragraph or less. Not to mention a lot of what was said was just repeated info.
