weight lifting

at that build icetee, i would focus on a lot of cardio and stick with your 12-15 reps pattern. Once you get down closer to a desired weight its up to you on what you want to do. If your looking to get built and stay a good size, i would lift high weight low reps onceyou get close to your desired weight, while maintaining ahard cardio wodkout, then once you get to a desired size, just start toning up.

Already been stated.

always good to sum it up, makes it easier for others to read. well, i'll let phat pull the stick outta his arse. If ya got any questions you would like to ask me icetee feel free to PM.
No stick in my ***, seems like you have a problem admitting when you are wrong and restating things that have already been said. This is caraudio.com, not a weightlifting site. If he really wants better advice, he should probably talk to steve or mark.

i belong to that forum. i forgot the link and couldn't find it. i'll have to bookmark it.
either way, whatever you are doing is working, and I wouldn't deviate much from that. Just remember, b/c you aren't losing weight doesn't mean you aren't changing. Sometimes you aren't losing weight but you are losing inches. Keep that in mind as not to get discouraged and the most important thing is to stay motivated.

Stretching and cardio is good to do before and after weight lifting. I find that it helps get the blood flowing and Im able to get a more effecient work out. It also helps with the soreness afterwards. Though you cant get rid of the soreness all together. That can only be done by working out more often. This is because the soreness is your muscles ripping, tearing, and rebuilding.

In another words, just keep working out. And dont be afraid to go to the gym. Gym's were made for people like my fatass so I can lose weight. No point in not using it, especially if you've paid all that money for it. And on gym preference, Ive found that the YMCA has the friendliest atmosphere and a lot of the trainers there will help you out for free and give you work out advice in their spare time. Im not sure if you actually have to pay them for their services or not though.

And why on Earth do you feel the need to ask a question like this on a CarAudio website? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eyebrow.gif.fe2c18d8720fe8c7eaed347b21ea05a5.gif
And why do you feel the need to post an obviously **** photo of yourself on this site? I am sure that most of the members here do not appreciate you trolling for man love here. But then again, I guess if you pick up just one high school boy you will feel it has been worth it, huh? Go pump yourself, ***.
