Looks very nice!!!
BTW I noticed holes drilled in the kerf cuts, any particular reason for this practice?

anyways this is how I make my flares nice and solid
I use the holes to take advantage of

capillary attraction..the resin gets drawn in thru the

slits and the air bubbles come out thru the holes...

this ensures that the kerfs are 100% filled and rock

solid once the resin cures....

works better than any other way...glue shrinks and

leaves voids in the kerfs..this way does not[]

I dont know if there is a guide to it, but it does take some practice... well alot. I just did my first kerfed box and I practiced on tons of scraps first.

Some things that I learned are that your spaceing has to be even with the cuts, and of course the obvious make sure the are straight. There are more I'll post up but im having a brain fart.

how do you get the flare smooth? do you smooth it with bondo before paint. i put multiple layers of paint on mine and i can still see the creases where the mdf was bent.
