i just got the same router (except mine in the digital one) for christmas. still havent used it because i havent had time. but i was wondering, do you think you can adjust the depth to as far as it will go, lock the depth, and use it in a router table?

i don't know...for the price, i'd just buy the similar fixed base and leave it in the router table

I have that router... Pure badass. Soft turn on, 1/64" accuracy on the depth gauge.

I wouldn't run it in a router table. As for the plans, google would likely turn up plenty of results.

x2.

3 bits you need to go buy first thing:
spiral upcut bit (circles)

flush trim bit (flush everything up)

3/8" roundover bit
i bought the 3/8" roundover already....all they had was a 1/2" flush trim at sears. Going to Hme Depot tomorrow for the spiral and flush trim. Gonna score some rabbitting bits also

Check out New Yankee workshop for router table plans. If Norm Abram designed it, you can bet its ****ed near perfect for real wood working needs,

just bought the 1/4" spiral up cut bit, a 1/4" flush trim w/1" flutes....n o one told how fun routers are to play with. Also have a 51" diameter circle jig with a 31" edge guide.
